Set Goals:
Look at yourself in the mirror and imagine what you want your body to look like. Try to imagine yourself walking down the beach with the ideal body with everybody looking at you in envy, wishing for a body like yours. Be Sure To Set Realistic Goals Though, but also remember that anything is possible with the correct amount of work. You will get out exactly what you put in.
Eat Healthy:
You Must Eat According to the goals you've set. Try to eat all of the food groups everyday(vegetables, fruits, dairy, meat, and grains). Try to subtract a lot of fat from your diet. The average person will consume around 2000 calories a day. try to base how many calories you eat from that, If you need to gain weight, eat more. If you need to lose weight, eat less. you want most of your calories to come from protein and carbohydrates. Not any kind though, Lean protein and complex carbohydrates are ideal. lean protein comes from fish, chicken, pork loins, eggs, and turkey. complex carbs are grains, and simple carbs are sugar. simple carbs will fuel you for a short period of time, therefore you need to eat more to have constant energy, complex carbs digest much slower and give you long boost of energy that last much longer than simple carbs can.
Exercise:
This is the part that everybody hates, but this is also the most important thing. We all know that the perfect body is well toned, but there is only one way to do that: exercise. For good all around fitness, every part of the body should be trained well and body fat should be reduced. Because muscle tissue burns more calories than fat tissue, you should put some time into some sort of exercise regiment. This can all easily be done at home for free with simple body weight exercises: push ups, sit ups, crunches, squats, and walking/jogging. All of these exercises can help burn calories and tone up your muscles. That is not an all inclusive list, but just some basic exercises. Take some time to set aside for your workout routine, it doesn't have to be much; just walking for a few minutes every day can do your body wonders. Walking or Jogging is a very low resistance exercise but can be the most beneficial to your body. It works the entire lower body and can trim fat off of the abdominal section of your body. It can be done anywhere from walking in circles in your living room to around the block, but wherever it's done, its good.
